I love these images by Scott Schuman, from a shoot he did for Style Piccoli with his children and their friends as models. You can view the rest of the shoot, here. My favourite images are the above two, but I particularly like the first one; it's androgynous, striking and too perfect for a child.

Patti Boyd & George Harrison

I love the above images; there is something about that era. Apparently, many people claim she is the greatest musical muse of the 'rock generation', for instance, many of Eric Clapton's greatest love songs were written about Ms. Boyd, and how he couldn't have her because she was married to his best friend, George Harrison. The song below is a reinterpretation by Clapton:

Alexa Chung for Maria Claire, not as great as Ashley Olsen but still insipirational in her own style. I love the casualness and her jewellery; I really want to get a Chanel style jacket.

John Hughes, Jr.

Film director John Hughes died two days ago, pictured in the second image. Hughes was the catalyst for some of the best teen films, in my opinion, such as The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Not forgetting one of the best Christmas films, Home Alone, which helped set off the career of Macaulay Culkin. A quote that sums his career up; he "made a better connection with young people than anyone in Hollywood had ever made before or since." - Ben Stein.

You haven't met Moohoop?

Lj user Moohoop is one of the coolest people to hit Livejournal. I love people who dress so unique and original, partly because I can't really go that far, but they have so much confidence to pull it off. Oh, I have the brown version of her boots in the third image! That makes me partly cool, right? Hahaha. I love her hair cut, nearly all her looks but above all, all the confidence that oozes from her images. Blue lipstick???!
